Abstract

Pigstry is most promising livestock farming branch. Its modernization may decisively help solving Russia foodstuff independence problem. At present, Russian meat and meat foodstuff producers use mainly imported pig meat owing to the fact that the domestic one is too fatty and costly
compared to that grown and prepared in pigstry leading countries. Most of Russian agricultural companies use obsolete technologies. Among few Russian companies who operate on the basis of most advanced pigstry technologies is Mortadel Ltd. Activities of its Selection and Genetics Center (SGC) spread to all relative production stages from making own fodder to production of delicatessen. The pigs are grown by farmers under control and with the help of SGC. Business approach used by this company is many dozen years ahead of those used all over the world and
presents the way of solving the painful Russian farmer economy problem.

Abstract

Last two dozen years, permanent growth of death rate and decrease birth rate take place in Russia. To great extent, this is owing to inadequate health protection system. The practice of personal payments for medical services in amounts unattainable for overwhelming majority of the
population grows. RF President’s Administration sets an example: cardiologist’s advice in their clinics costs 40 times more that according to obligatory medical insurance rates. 84% of the country citizens do not approve this approach and consider it socially unjust. An important national project aimed at modernization of the health protection system started in 2011. Non-private medical establishments are to be equipped with up-to-date equipment, modern information systems and medical service standards based on CRM system adopted in developed countries; salaries of health personnel are to be increased.

Abstract

A system of strategic planning documents at the federal and regional levels of the Russian Federation is proposed. A standard on compulsory structure of strategic planning documents for both the country and its regions should be fixed by law. The standard should also include a system
of predictive planning, indicative planning, monitoring, strategy development and other activities to be followed by governmental bodies for the planned indicators to be reached.

Abstract

Efficiency of innovations in any economy branch, transportation included, may be assessed on the basis of qualitative and quantitative indices. Innovation efficiency assessment methods and systems valid for the transportation branch are discussed. Indices used in these methods are defined, efficiency calculation examples are brought about. Results arrived at in the course of the research demonstrate that estimated efficiency grades depend on correctness of criteria combinations chosen.

Innovative management is a type of interactive activities based on a system of direct and reverse links with innovative process, the object of the management. Abstract. It is recommended that organizational sustainability of a business enterprise be assessed on the basis of a system of indices brought down in the article to characterize to what extent an option of the company organizational structure contributes to gaining higher final activity results. The indices may be used as efficiency criteria for options of the company organizational structure and management system. It is reasonable to assess each index from the viewpoint of its impact on the business company organizational and economic sustainability and to try either to eliminate the negative impact or to strengthen the positive role with respect of this sustainability.

Choosing the procedure to be followed in a bankruptcy (insolvency) case and analysis of the debtor’s financial condition is one of most important arbitration process stages. It is proposed that the choice of the bankruptcy procedure be made on the basis of comparison between the total

In 2008, minor construction enterprises made 66.5% of gross surplus value created in the whole construction branch of Russia. There are two criteria helping minor construction enterprises to quantitatively assess particular market situations and to form adequate economic strategies:
the competition intensity index that determines the degree of competition in the market and the competition environment condition index.
