This article discusses issues of competitiveness of commercial banks at the expense of future growth profitability and liquidity of credit institutions. To solve this problem is proposed multistage economic and mathematical model. It provides, first, determining the possible volumes of recruitment and placement of funds subject to the minimum level of liquidity , interest rate risk , as well as compliance with prudential regulations of capital adequacy and liquidity , and secondly, based on the enumeration of variable accounting policies and obtain comprehensive reliability assessment forms the best option plan banking. The paper shows the practical implementation of the proposed approach on the example of one of the largest Russian banks – JSC «Bank VTB».

In this paper we present an application of Tobin's dynamic monetary model to the analysis of depressed economy during the crisis. The example of the stagnant Japanese economy shows that a strong Keynesian program revival adopted by the government of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in 2012, brings the first positive results: the movement of the state of chronic deflation, the revival of the economy and significant economic growth.
