Direct transport production is movement of transportation means, while movement of goods and passengers makes transport production’s consumption cost. Acting Methodic Rules of investment project

Complex state transport strategy must be developed by a creative group of scientists and practitioners on the ground of comprehensive scientifi c substantiation independent of any lobbying. It is theoretically possible to introduce public administration in the field of rendering housing/communal services in Russia; however, a number of problems are to be solved for this purpose. In order to make this specific industry to develop in the above direction, state administration and local self-administration are to be combined and possibilities provided by each of these administration types used.

Examination of the Kazakhstan economy functioning results for the first year of the Customs Union existence proves that along with elimination
of some barriers in the trade between the alliance participating countries, difficulties arose owing to disaccord in the tariff policy (particularly related to railway transportation of goods), necessity to prepare new documents, etc., that negatively infl uence activities of Kazakhstan companies. In order to remove these difficulties, intensive mutual efforts should be taken by governmental authorities of all TC participating countries, opinion of respective business communities having to be compulsorily taken into account.
