PROVIDING A COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORT SECURITY
Abstract
Vital management issues related to safety of cargo and passengers in the course their transportation are discussed in conjunction with respective risk factors. Special attention is paid to provision of maritime transportation safety in Russian Arctic areas. Integral approach to transportation safety is substantiated, respective provision measures are proposed.
