MAINSTREAMING RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE SERVICES SECTOR (on the example of restaurant and hotel business)

Abstract

The article examines the vital issues of and regulation risk in restraurants and hotels of Russia. The author reveals the economic essence of the concept of «risk» in relation to the restaurant and hospitality industry and with the problems of risk management in the RSL. Methodological
approaches for the efficient management of risk in restaurant and hotel business.
