Abstract
Main organizational behavior management methods are material incentives, wages, rewards, participation in profits. Motivation and
stimulation concepts are specified, components of the mechanism of forming the system of personnel stimulus and motives are discussed along with organization personnel motivation and stimulation forms and methods.
