FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY

Abstract

The fact of lack of a universal technique of scientific creativity which in scientific literature is often substituted by general-theoretical reasonings on methodology of science and transfer of its main methods which are going back to laws of philosophy has served as a starting point of research which results are provided in article. In particular, there is no universal technique of the implementation of innovations in production representing a complex non-standard organizational and economic scientific challenge. At the same time there are worthy theoretical reasons and the efficient methodical device allowing to transfer the solution of complex scientific challenges to the plane of specific practical steps. It is about various (but having similar elements) methods of directed search of solutions of research tasks in the fi eld of technical creativity. The confirmed productivity and popularity of these methods among technical specialists, are mainly connected with the fact that authors of methods of directed search, unlike developers of a set of other creative technologies, as initial sending of the theoretical reasons have chosen studying and use of regularities of formation and development of object of research – technical systems. While traditional techniques of scientific creativity appeal to the categories peculiar to the subject of research activities – the person. But whether it is lawful to use these methods for the problem resolution of development of the organizations? On the basis of the established community of regularities of development of technical and organizational systems in article the possibility of distribution of tools of the methodical device of the search of new ideas developed within technical creativity on the solution of non-standard research tasks is proved in economy.
