DECISION-MAKING MECHANISM TO JOIN THE INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY CLUSTER
Abstract
The article considers the decision-making mechanisms to join enterprises in innovation and technology company. Baseline data on the feasibility of entering the company formed on the basis of the SWOT-analysis and matrix «gain–loss». Used for decision-making combined criterion Hurwitz addition possible mini-max and max-min accounting risks.
