INTERACTION OF UNIVERSITIES AND VENTURE COMPANIES TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract
The current economic situation is a consequence of the low innovation activity of the real sector. To go to a new quality of the national economy requires the development of venture business segment. However, along with the problem of lack of investment, this segment was faced with staffi ng problems, the solution of which requires a non-trivial approaches.
This article outlines the main aspects of cooperation between higher education institutions and ventures to address staffing issues in the past and generally – in order to ensure the normal employment (through the creation of new high-tech jobs) and the promotion of labor relations in the national economy. In this article the basic scheme, to extend the functions of venture capital funds, which will not only provide funding for innovative projects, but also to coordinate the cooperation of universities and venture companies in the staffing of the past.
The purpose / goal. The main purpose of this article is to identify ways to improve staffing activities of venture companies by finding new forms of cooperation between enterprises, research and education sector and institutions of venture capital financing.
Methodology. This article used the methods of economic-statistical and comparative analysis and synthesis of scientific solutions of direct practical application.
Conclusions / relevance. The practical significance of the results is to develop the basic scheme of trilateral cooperation between higher education institutions, venture capital companies and venture capital funds in order to provide innovative projects need not only financial, but also human resources.
