PROSPECTS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVE SAVING
Abstract
Causes of uneconomical use of natural gas in Russia are discussed. Interests of the parties participating in gas extraction, transportation, delivery and consumption do not completely coincide. Conditions required to maintain coordination of these interests and to provide for natural gas savings are formulated.
