Abstract
Ways to develop effective industrial enterprise stability management system in innovative environment are discussed. Enterprise stability management techniques and tools are outlined on the basis of scientific approach to dynamics and trends in the development of successful and
sustainable enterprises; the approach is supported with cybernetics, heuristics, computer technologies and synergetic considerations.
