HIGH-TECHNOLOGY COMPLEX OF RUSSIA: THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTI-CRISIS MEASURES AND MODERNIZATION POTENTIAL
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the current status and trends of science-intensive high-technology complex after the anti-crisis measures implementation and compared to the rest of Russian economy. It has been hypothesized that the key challenges of modernization should be the reintegration of the institutional structure of the national economy reproduction and the country’s reindustrialization.
