Abstract
The article The article is devoted to consideration of certain aspects affecting the activation of domestic fi nancial sources in the formation of incomes of the state and municipal budgets in order to improve their eff ectiveness and effi ciency. The focus is on improving the financial management of the public sector of the Russian economy, including taking into account the experience of implementing the system of fi nancial management in the public sector of developed countries, the US, Australia, Sweden, United Kingdom.
