THE DEVELOPMENT OF KEY AREAS OF FUNDING IN TERMS OF CREATING NEW PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract
The market conditions of borrowing for businesses in his comprehensive understanding of form five main factors: demand, supply, the results of the previous periods, the external environment and the characteristics of the loan portfolio. These factors and form an impression of the business market of borrowed resources, significantly reduced if one decreases the demand for resources. Interference of these factors ultimately affects the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the country.
