THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The observed technological backwardness of the majority of domestic enterprises on the level of foreign partners and competitors is due to physical wear and tear of equipment and fi xed assets, as well as the absence or insuffi cient development of a number of essential components of overall competitiveness. For example, absent or poorly developed modern management mechanisms in development and manufacture of products, quality assurance. All that is organically linked to the issues of sustainable development of enterprises. This article discusses some methods and ways to improve the eff ectiveness of management of industrial production; The factors that contribute to the achievement of the quality parameters of industrial management. Presented article is very relevant, as the problem of fi nding ways to manage the development of enterprises and industry are essential in terms of innovative development.
