THE MECHANISM OF STATE SUPPORT INNOVATION CLUSTER INTERACTIONS OF BUSINESSES IN THE CONDITIONS OF RUSSIA TO THE WTO
Abstract
The article considers the role of the state and the mechanism of state support in the process of formation in the Russian economy, innovation clusters, whose functioning on the world market in the framework of the WTO can help to achieve maximum competitiveness of domestic innovative business structures. Special attention is given to the forms, methods, tools, stages of creation and functioning of this mechanism.
