EXPERIENCE OF REMOTE ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CLUSTER POLICY IN REGIONAL AND SECTORAL ASPECTS
Abstract
The article is written based on research in the framework of the Presidium of theRussianAcademyof Sciences' «Forecast Technological Development of Russia in view of new global integration processes, technological, economic and institutional aspects». The aim of the study was to develop and test a sociological tools remote monitoring implementation of cluster policy. The work was conducted by the authors in three stages: 1. Development of a methodology for analyzing and methods of remote sensing of primary information (2012); 2. Analiz source database on 83 regions of the country and on the oil and gas industry (2013); 3. Proverka fi ndings and conclusions based on the online survey of experts (2014). The paper presents the main results of this work at each stage of this work and concludes the possibility of using this methodology is not only scientifi c, but also for practical purposes.
