BASIC PRINCIPLES OF INTER-FIRM COOPERATION
Abstract
This study highlights the importance of presence in the Russian economy, various forms of co-operation and collaboration. The author summarizes and complemented the fundamental principles of functioning of the economic system, conducted in-depth analysis of interfi rm cooperation. The article explains the importance of inter-fi rm cooperation in achieving sustainable development of innovative enterprises. Emphasizes the role of the cluster approach to create new forms of knowledge, the formation of new scientifi c and technical fi elds, to support education, commercialization of innovations. Analyzes the problems of implementation of cluster initiatives inRussia. Provides guidelines for coordination, state regulation of inter-fi rm cooperation
