В этой связи, нельзя недооценивать влияние институциональных факторов, оказывающих стимулирующее воздействие на моделирование и создание новых форм предпринимательства.</p><sec><title>Цели</title><p>Цели. Целью статьи является исследование и анализ современных концепций и выявление общих тенденций создания новых форм предпринимательства.</p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. Теоретической и методологической основой исследования являются общенаучные принципы и законы экономической науки, анализ и синтез, обзор научных концепций, ведущих отечественных и зарубежных специалистов в сфере малого и среднего предпринимательства.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Исследована роль институциональных факторов в создании новых форм предпринимательства. Проанализированы особенности создания новых форм и направлений предпринимательства на основе применения эффективных инструментов XXI столетия, определены ключевые факторы и тенденции развития данного рынка.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы / значимость</title><p>Выводы / значимость. Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, что в современных условиях, когда национальная экономика проходит стадию турбулентности, необходимо нахождение новых решений, которые смогут обеспечить устойчивость национального социально-экономического развития в соответствии с глобальными трендами. Темой статьи выбран аспект обеспечения устойчивого развития экономики России с учетом повышения инновационной активности предпринимательства, что планируется достичь, в том числе и за счет создания новых форм предпринимательства.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Supporting entrepreneurship in diff erent countries of the world it is realized through the participation of financial and non-financial institutions, which together form the infrastructure for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. In this context, one can not underestimate the infl uence of institutional factors that have a stimulating eff ect on the modeling and the creation of new forms of entrepreneurship.</p><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives. The aim of the article is to research and analysis of modern concepts and identifying common trends in the creation of new forms of entrepreneurship.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are general scientific principles and laws of economics, analysis and synthesis, review of scientific concepts, leading Russian and foreign specialists in the sphere of small and medium-sized businesses.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The role of institutional factors in the creation of new forms of entrepreneurship. The features of the creation of new forms and areas of business through the use of eff ective tools of XXI century, identifies key factors and trends in the development of this market.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions / relevance</title><p>Conclusions / relevance. The relevance of the article due to the fact that in modern conditions, when the national economy is in the stage of turbulence, it is necessary to find new solutions that will ensure the sustainability of national social and economic development in line with global trends.
