Они весьма реалистично симулируют профессиональную деятельность управленческого персонала. В связи с чем, данная статья посвящена использованию и совершенствованию деловых, в частности биржевых, игр.</p><p>Цель исследования – анализ преимуществ и недостатков различных видов биржевых симуляторов-тренажеров. Указанная цель обусловила необходимость решения следующих задач: рассмотреть различные компьютерные биржевые игры и симуляторы; оценить их преимущества и недостатки; провести сравнение по различным критериям применяемых на практике биржевых симуляторов («Игровые», «Сетевые», «Брокерские» («Обучающие с ДВ») с использованием виртуальных денег, «Имитационные»). Исследование основано на использовании метода сравнительного анализа применительно собственно к разновидностям биржевых стимуляторов, а также к сравнению биржевых симуляторов с другими активными методами обучения. Результатом исследования стало выявление наиболее эффективных симуляторов применительно к наиболее распространенным стоящим перед ними задачам. По результатам рассмотрения в статье даны рекомендации по совершенствованию «биржевых игр», их функционала и архитектуры, применяемых в обучении инвесторов-физических лиц. Особенное внимание уделено необходимости совершенствования учебно-производственного комплекса (УПК) «Биржевая игра», который авторы используют в образовательной деятельности при работе со студентами. В статье сформулирован вывод о том, что одним из основных функциональных преимуществ биржевых симуляторов является возможность отработки инвестиционных действий, тестирования инвестиционных стратегий в кризисных ситуациях без риска потери реальных финансовых средств. Экономической же основой применения биржевых симуляторов в обучении остается тот факт, что они существенно экономят реальный капитал, особенно в случае инвестиционных или операционных ошибок обучаемых. В связи с чем, использование биржевых симуляторов при обучении биржевому делу является обязательным, так как их применение показало себя весьма эффективным в основных направлениях современного образования: бизнес-образовании, инженерном деле, медицине. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to Walter Ron, business games are a tool of the future in the area of graduate education. They are very realistically simulating the professional activities of the administrative staff . In this connection, this article focuses on the use and improvement of the business, in particular, exchange, games.</p><p>The purpose of research - analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of diff erent types of exchange simulators – simulators. This goal has led to the need to solve the following tasks: to consider a variety of computer games and simulators exchange; assess their strengths and weaknesses; be compared on diff erent criteria used in the practice of stock simulators ("Game", "Network", "Broker" ("Teaching with ET") using virtual money, "Simulation"). The study is based on the method of comparative analysis in relation to the actual species of exchange stimulants, as well as compared to the exchange simulators with other active learning methods. The result of the study was to identify the most eff ective simulation applied to the most common problems facing them. Upon review of the article provides recommendations on improving the "exchange game", their functionality and architecture used in the training of investors – individuals. Particular attention is paid to the need to improve the educational industrial complex (CPC) "Stock Market Game", which authors use in educational activities when working with students. The paper formulated the conclusion that one of the main functional advantages is the ability to exchange simulators mining investment activities, testing of investment strategies in crisis situations without the risk of losing real funds. The economic basis for the use of stock simulators in training is the fact that they are significantly save the real capital, especially in the case of investment or operating errors trainees.
