Отмечаются отличия в механизмах отбора и стимулирования инновационных проектов и программ в сравнении с отечественной практикой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Methodical and organizational features characteristic to management of innovative projects and programs in industrially developed countries at federal and corporate levels are discussed.
