В этом развитии им выделяются некоторые дихотомии, которые обусловят собой дальнейшую эволюциюотечественной властной системы, её характерные черты и признаки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In article basing on a wide theoretical material the author considers tendencies and prospects of development of the Russian political power during a postcrisis epoch.
