Анализ факторов, сдерживающих инновации, свидетельствует о необходимости самостоятельного поиска предприятиями адекватных решений в сферах организации, управления и маркетинга, имеющих целью смену традиционной парадигмы на инновационную.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of transition of economy should dare at an innovative way of development not only by support and stimulation of working out, creation and introduction of new technics from the state.
