Системный экономически кризис имеет в России свои особенности, влияющие и на его длительность, и на состояние экономики после завершения кризиса. Необходимо безотлагательно начать осуществление модернизации материально-технической базы российской промышленности. Изложены цели, задачи и концептуальные научные основы разработки государственной промышленной стратегии.

Specific features of the system economic crisis in Russia influence both duration of the crisis and condition of the country’s post-crisis economics. Modernization of the material and technical basis of the country’s industry is to be started immediately. Aims, targets and conceptual scientific fundamentals of the state industrial development strategy are discussed.
