Необходим новый инструмент для краудсорсинга, который сочетает в себе идею генерации и распределения задач, будет во многом решать проблемы и сделает процесс генерации идей больше измеримых. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Many companies see innovation as key to their success and are using idea crowdsourcing to help their companies innovate. However, it is often difficult to motivate individuals to think practically and from management’s perspective, and to measure employees’ contributions to such systems.
