В работе предлагается ряд авторских определений понятий «человеческий капитал», «интеллектуальный капитал», обосновывается право собственности работника на его человеческий капитал.
The most problematic issue in the theory of reproduction of human capital, author of the article considers the inclusion of human capital in real business turnover. The paper proposes several definitions of copyright «human capital», «intellectual capital», support the right to property of thelaborer to his human capital.
