Россия успешно завершила в ноябре 2011 года переговоры о присоединении Российской Федерации к Всемирной торговой организации (ВТО). На ратификацию протокола дается 220 дней. По истечению этого срока и ратификации документов (протокола и двух приложений: по тарифным уступками и по перечню услуг) Россия с сентября 2012 года стала полноправным участником глобальной торговой организации. Членство России в ВТО является обязательным условием и для вступления ее в Организацию экономического сотрудничества и развития. Там сейчас более 30 развитых стран, производящих 2/3 товаров и услуг в мире. Переговоры о присоединении этой организации могут быть завершены в 2013 году.
Russia successfully completed in November 2011, negotiations on the accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization (WTO). The ratification of the protocol is given 220 days. At the expiration of this period, and the ratifi cation of Protocol (and two appendices: on tariff concessions and the list of services) to Russia in September 2012 became a full member of the global trade organization. Russia’s WTO membership is a prerequisite for entry into the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. There are now more than 30 developed countries that produce two thirds of goods and services in the world. Negotiations on the accession of the organization could be completed in 2013.
