Дается оценка подготовленной Правительством «Стратегии социально-экономического развития Московской области до 2025 года», подчеркивается необходимость научного ретроспективного анализа роли и назначения Московской области как региона, смягчающего последствия федеральных решений по поводу развития столицы страны. Даны этапы расширения Москвы и краткая характеристика существующих концепций ее развития, а также градостроительных и территориально-планировочных решений, являвшихся основанием для изменения границ Москвы. Показаны потенциальные угрозы и возможности комплексного развития Московской области на длительную перспективу, предложены пути достижения целевых индикаторов.
The government-prepared «Strategy of socio-economic development of the Moscow Oblast up to 2025» is assessed, the need for scientific retrospective analysis of the role and purpose of the Moscow Oblast as a region that softens the impact of federal decisions on the development of the capital is stressed. Discussed in the article are the Moscow expansion stages. Briefly described are existing concepts of Moscow, as well as urban and territorial planning decisions, which were the basis for changing the borders of Moscow. Potential threats and opportunities of the long term Moscow region integrated development are shown along with ways to achieve the target indicators.
