Через некоторое время после распада СССР в России к власти пришла и удерживается до сих пор партия, большинство членов которой народ считает «жуликами» и «ворами». В России безнаказанно процветают коррупция, мошенничество и прочие криминальные явления. Работники госаппарата поглощают 40% ВВП. Модернизация политической и экономической жизни страны возможна лишь путем коренной ломки сложившихся общественных отношений и установления их новой ориентации на основе сочетания элементов капитализма и социализма.
Past some years after collapse of the USSR, a party most members of which are regarded by country people as «swindlers» and «thieves» has come to power in Russia and remains there at present. Corruption, fraud and other criminal phenomena blossom in Russia, since there is no struggle against them. State machinery bureaucrats consume 40% of the GIP. Modernization of the country’s political and economic life is possible only through fundamental break of current public relations and taking new orientation on the basis of a combination of capitalist and socialist features.
