Сельскохозяйственное производство в России, даже совместно с лесным хозяйством и рыболовством, составляет лишь около 5% произведенных в стране ВВП и добавленной стоимости. Во всех развитых и наиболее интенсивно развивающихся станах мира происходит процесс синтеза научной, промышленной, экономической и социальной политики в форме инновационных кластеров. Россия также начала движение по этому пути в виде федерального проекта «Промышленно-аграрные региональные кластеры» (ПАРК). Первым российским много лет успешно работающим аграрно-промышленным кластером является объединение предприятий «МОРТАДЕЛЬ». Региональные аграрно-промышленные кластеры должныстать генеральным направлением модернизации аграрного сектора экономики России. С их помощью можно в кратчайшие сроки вывести АПК страны из затянувшегося системного кризиса.
Agricultural production in Russia, even together with the forestry and fisheries, accounts for only about 5% of GDP and added value produced in the country. In all developed and most rapidly developing countries of the world there is a process of synthesis of the scientific, industrial, economic and social policy in the form of innovative clusters. Russia also began to follow this path in the form of the «Industrial and agricultural regional clusters» (PARC) federal project. Russian first and for many years successfully running agro-industrial cluster is MORTADEL association of companies. Creation of regional agroindustrial clusters have to become agricultural economy sector general modernization direction in Russia. On their basis, it is possible to carry the country’s agriculture out of the prolonged systemic crisis very soon.
