Предмет / тема: Уровень развития любой страны в настоящее время определяется долей наукоемких технологий в ВВП. Логистика – основа эффективного управления современным наукоемким производством. Учитывая неблагоприятные условия в мировой экономики, значительно усиливается актуальность исследования логистических аспектов в управлении наукоемкой продукции. Предмет исследования: логистическое управление производством наукоемкой продукции в условиях турбулентно изменяющейся мировой экономики. Общенаучные методы: диалектики, сравнения и аналогии, анализа и синтеза, дедукции и индукции, абстрактно-логический, исторический и ретроспективный.
Цель: выявление особенностей и проблем логистического управления производством наукоемкой продукции в странах Таможенного союза и Восточного Партнерства. Также рассмотреть роль кластеров в формировании инновационной инфраструктуры в странах Таможенного Союза. Результаты. В рамках изложения представленной статьи автором была обоснована актуальность применения CALS-технологий как инструмента организации и информационной поддержки создания, производства продукта и его эксплуатации на предприятиях народнохозяйственного комплекса страны.
Выводы / значимость. Управление предприятиями реального сектора экономики в современных условиях должны основываться на синергизме методических принципов рыночного и государственного регулирования, с усилением использования методов, ориентированных на долгосрочную перспективу. К таковым методам, прежде всего, стоит отнести методы логистического управления производством наукоемкой продукции. Важность данных технологий неуклонно возрастает, и в современных условиях приобретает новое качественное содержание, которое поэтапно отражает разработку плана целенаправленных действий для обеспечения желаемого состояния предприятия как социально-экономической системы. Это, в свою очередь, указывает на необходимость обеспечения нового научного обеспечения технологий, процедур и методик логистического управления производством наукоемкой продукции , которые могут быть направлены на обеспечение относительно устойчивого бескризисного развития предприятия.
The subject / topic: The level of development of any country is currently determined by the proportion of high technologies in the GDP. Logistics – the basis for efficient management of modern knowledge-intensive production. Given the adverse conditions in the global economy, greatly enhanced the relevance of the study of logistical aspects in the management of high-tech products.
Subject of research: The logistics management of production of high technology products in turbulence changing global economy. In this paper we apply scientific methods: the dialectic, comparisons and analogies, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, abstract , logical, historical and retrospective. The purpose of this article is to identify the characteristics and problems of logistics management of production of high technology products in the countries of the Customs Union and the Eastern Partnership. Also consider the role of clusters in the formation of innovation infrastructure in the countries of the Customs Union.
Results: As part of the presentation was the author of the present article the urgency of application of CALS-technologies as a tool for organization and information support for the creation, production and operation of the product at the enterprises of the national economy.
Conclusions / significance: Management of enterprises in the real sector of the economy in modern conditions should be based on synergies methodological principles of market and state regulation, with increased use of methods focused on the long term. By such methods, in particular, should include the methods of logistic management of production of high technology products. The importance of these technologies has increased steadily, and in modern conditions gets a new quality content that refl ects the phased development plan targeted action to ensure that the desired state of the enterprise as a socio-economic system. This in turn points to the need to ensure that new scientific technologies, procedures and practices of the logistics management of production of high technology products, which can be designed to ensure a relatively stable crisis-free development of the enterprise.
