В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь оперативного и стратегического управления для предприятий нефтяного комплекса. Для повышения эффективности деятельности нефтяной компании, а также обеспечения устойчивого развития необходим гибкий, универсальный подход к управлению стратегий компании.
В целом разработана система ключевых показателей для оценки эффективности реализации стратегии устойчивого развития с учетом специфики предприятий нефтяного комплекса. Внедрение системы ключевых показателей эффективности учитывает индивидуальные стратегические цели и уникальную стратегию каждой конкретной компании, повышает качество ее оперативного и стратегического управления и, как результат, повышает ее конкурентоспособность.
The article discusses the relationship of operational and strategic management of the enterprises of the oil industry. To improve the efficiency of the oil company, and to ensure its sustainable development requires a flexible, universal approach to the management policies of the company.
In general developed a system of key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the strategy of sustainable development, taking into account the specifics of the enterprises of the oil industry. The introduction of key performance indicators takes into account the individual strategic goals and unique strategy for each company, improves the quality of its operational and strategic management and, as a result, increases its competitiveness.
