Тема данной статьи актуальна, так как развитие рыночных отношений требует новых стратегических и концептуальных подходов к совершенствованию системы экономических отношений и создания на этой основе стабильного высокоэффективного производства. Формирование эффективной рыночной экономики предполагает развитие инициативы, самостоятельности и предприимчивости, создает потребность в воспитании рыночной психологии у работников основного производства. Определение стратегии долгосрочного социально-экономического развития предприятия, реализация стратегии в стратегическом плане в условиях активно развивающегося рынка в значительной степени обусловлены внешними инновационными, экономическими, правовыми, финансовыми и социальными изменениями внешней среды. При этом высокая неопределенность наступления последствий воздействия негативных факторов внешней среды на экономические и иные результаты ставит перед менеджментом предприятия задачу соединения технологий перспективного и стратегического планирования, в целях стабилизации и последующего экономического роста социально-экономических систем в процессе преодоления негативных влияний макросреды. Ввиду этого статья, посвященная дальнейшему развитию антикризисного управления, является актуальной.
