Этим определением подразумеваются формы поведения и образа жизни людей, позволяющие продлить период активной, творческой и счастливой жизни. Здоровье каждого человека главная ценность для современного общества. Кризисное состояние популяции, как открытой социальной системы, проявляется ее возмущением в ответ на стрессовые воздействия негативных социально-экономических факторов. Это сопровождается изменением состояния общественного здоровья, уровень которого отражает глубину происходящих перемен. В условиях рыночного хозяйствования существенно меняется и политика в области оплаты труда, материального поощрения и социальной поддержки медицинских работников.</p><p>Медицинскому работнику должен гарантироваться определенный уровень оплаты труда вне зависимости от того, используются ли механизмы экономического стимулирования его труда или нет. В то же время желание работника занять должность с более высоким окладом и желание трудиться на ней производительно и качественно – далеко не одно и то же. Повышение материального вознаграждения не всегда приводит к повышению трудовой мотивации и стремлению работать лучше. Социально психологические основы трудовой мотивации медицинских работников – это те новые подходы, которые позволят более эффективно решать проблемы повышения трудовой мотивации. В статье анализируется оценка трудовой мотивации самими медицинскими работниками, предлагаются меры по повышению трудовой мотивации и соответственно повышению качества медицинского обслуживания. Большинство западных специалистов считают неэффективность управления едва ли не главной проблемой здравоохранения России. Делается вывод о том, что медицинские институты, академии и институты последипломного образования, факультеты повышения квалификации, а, возможно, и институты управления, должны адаптировать зарубежный опыт (мотивационный, концептуальный, технологический и организационно-методический) для переподготовки старого и подготовки нового поколения менеджеров здравоохранения. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>By the definition accepted by WHO, «health» it is not simple absence of an illness, but a condition of full physical, moral, mental and social wellbeing. By this definition forms of behavior and a way of life of the people, allowing prolonging the period of active, creative and happy life are meant. Health of each person – the main value for modern society. A crisis state of population as open social system, it is shown by its indignation in reply to stressful influences of negative socio-economic factors. It is accompanied by change of a condition of the public health which level refl ects depth of occurring changes. In the conditions of market managing also, the policy in the field of compensation, material encouragement and social support of medical workers essentially changes. A certain level of compensation regardless of should be guaranteed to the medical worker, whether mechanisms of economic incentives of its work are used or not. At the same time, the desire of the worker to hold a position with higher salary and desire to work on it is productive and is qualitative – far not same. Increase of material compensation not always leads to increase of labor motivation and aspiration it is better to work. Socially psychological bases of labor motivation of medical workers are those new approaches that will allow solving problems of increase of labor motivation more effectively. In article the assessment of labor motivation is analyzed by medical workers, measures for increase of labor motivation and according to improvement of quality of medical care are off ered. The majority of the western experts inefficiency of management recognize as the main problem of health care ofRussia.
