В процессе исследования нашли применение следующие методы научного исследования: системный подход, анализ и синтез, аналогия, индукция, сравнительный анализ. При ранжировании воздействия факторов на изменение структур управления и при разработке модели использовались методы экспертных оценок.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты работы</title><p>   Результаты работы. Выявлены, упорядочены и проранжированы факторы, обусловливающие выбор вида организационной структуры управления и направления ее совершенствования. В ходе систематизации факторы были объединены в 5 групп: 1) общего характера, непосредственно влияющие на изменение структур управления; 2) обусловленные изменениями в производственной структуре компании; 3) связанные с изменением системы управления; 4) хоть и влияющие на изменение структуры, но и сами определяемые ею; 5) обусловленные изменением внешнего бизнес-окружения. Для обоснования выбора и совершенствования организационных структур управления компаниями разработана нейросетевая модель взаимосвязи видов организационных структур с определяющими их факторами и характеризующими параметрами.</p></sec><sec><title>   Выводы</title><p>   Выводы. Исследование позволило выявить достаточно полный комплекс определяющих организационные структуры управления факторов и характеризующих их параметров. Было установлено, что наиболее существенные из них: размеры, сложность и масштаб деятельности хозяйствующего субъекта; цели, стратегии, принципы его функционирования; вид деятельности и уровень ее специализации. Благодаря представленной модели становится возможным дать детальную характеристику каждому из видов структур управления и определить пути их совершенствования в условиях трансформирующегося бизнес-окружения. Разработанная модель создает условия для принятия менеджерами адекватных решений по модификации отдельных элементов и параметров структуры управления для дальнейшего успешного развития компании.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Purpose</title><p>   Purpose: is to present the author's model of the relationship between types of organizational structures of companies management, their determining factors and characterizing their parameters.</p></sec><sec><title>   Methods</title><p>   Methods: the research methods used were systematic, analytical, graphical, and inductive. Expert assessment methods were used in the ranking of the impact of factors on the change of management structures and in the development of the model.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results: factors that determine the choice of the type of organizational management structure and the direction of its improvement have been identified, classified and ranked. Factors were divided into five groups during systematisation: 1) general, directly influencing management structures; 2) caused by changes in production structures; 3) associated with changes in the management system; 4) influencing the change of structure, but generally determined by it; 5) caused by changes in the external business environment. To improve management structures, the neural network model was developed showing how types of management structures are linked, what factors determine them and how they are characterised.</p><p>   Conclusions and Relevance: the study identified key factors determining management structures. It was found that the most significant of them are: the size, complexity and scale of the business entity's activities; goals, strategies, principles of its functioning; type of activity and the level of its specialization. The model in the article allows characterise each management structure and determine how to improve them in a changing business environment.
