С началом рыночных реформ и переходом от административно-командной экономики к экономике, основанной на конкуренции, в России стал формироваться новый вид хозяйствующих субъектов – венчурных предпринимательских структур. Появление таких структур в российской экономике, их становление и устойчивое развитие, безусловно, важнейший тренд. Возникающие ошибки в деятельности венчурных предпринимательских структур являются закономерным и вполне объяснимым следствием несовершенства и неэффективности используемых механизмов управления ими. Умение венчурных предпринимательских структур быть открытыми для изменений, т.е. способность оптимизировать и трансформировать свою деятельность в соответствии с требованиями времени, важнейшее условие, которое можно рассматривать как стратегическую гибкость, которая должна составлять основу современных механизмов управления функционированием и развитием этих хозяйствующих субъектов. В статье рассматривается влияние внешней среды на устойчивость предприятия, его способность внедрять инновации на рынке, а также изложены основные теоретико-методологические аспекты современных взглядов на стратегическое управление в венчурных предпринимательских структурах, осуществляющих свою деятельность в национальной экономике.

With the start of market reforms and the transition from of the Administrative command economy to an economy based on competition, Rosthese began to take shape a new kind of economic entities venture enterprise structures. The emergence of such structures in the Russian eco-omy, their formation and sustainable development, of course, the most important trend. Any errors that occur in the activities of venture enterprise structures are legitimate and quite understandable consequence of the imperfection and inefficiency of the mechanisms used to manage them. The ability of venture enterprise structures to be open to change, ie ability to optimize and transform their activities in compliance with the requirements of the time, the most important condition, which can be seen as strategic fl exibility, which should form the basis of modern management mechanisms functioning and development of these businesses. This article examines the impact of the environment on the stability of the company, its ability to innovate in the market, as well as outlines the basic theoretical and methodological aspects of modern views on the strategic management of venture enterprise structures that operate in the national economy.
