This article features factors that have an eff ect on the country in the world’s economy. After it explains these factors, it determines the role and value of innovation in the modern world. It then determines the role of small and medium businesses in the country’s economy. While featuring the subject, it provides the characteristics of ventures companies, as well as their role and prospects in the country’s economy. The object of this research is to determine the value of innovative small and medium businesses, as expressed in the form of ventures companies, for the country’s economic development
