Комплексное рассмотрение экологических, социальных и управленческих аспектов в контексте общей теории систем и применение междисциплинарного подхода являются ключевыми методологическими особенностями исследования концепции устойчивого развития и механизмов ESG-трансформации систем управления. Оценка устойчивости развития высших учебных заведений и ESG-зрелости их систем управления основана на использовании международных и национальных рейтинговых систем и моделей, определяющих уровень соответствия показателей деятельности университетов достижению целей устойчивого развития. Наряду с общенаучными методами исследования и визуализации информации, технологиями SWOT-анализа авторы использовали процессный подход для оценки условий и характеристик бизнес-процессов университета, идентификации ESG-рисков и разработки рекомендаций по ESGтрансформации системы управления.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты работы</title><p>Результаты работы. Выполнена диагностика факторов, определяющих эффективность ESG-трансформации системы управления образовательным учреждением высшего образования, а также идентификация ESG-рисков. С учетом особенностей систем управления в сфере высшего образования на основании типовой процессной модели управления университета предложены рекомендации по ESG-трансформации процессов управления.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. ESG-трансформация системы управления в высшей школе является сегодня не просто следованием амбициозным целям политиков или популярным научным трендам, а одним из ключевых факторов конкурентоспособности университета. ESGзрелость учреждения высшего образования, определяющая эффективность ESG-трансформации системы управления, зависит от уровня владения представителей администрации вуза и всех участников образовательного </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: is to develop recommendations for ESG transformation of the university management system based on the diagnostics of the ESG maturity factors of higher education institutions and identification of ESG risks.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: comprehensive consideration of environmental, social and management aspects in the context of general systems theory and the use of the interdisciplinary approach are key methodological features for research of the sustainable development concept and mechanisms of the management systems ESG transformation. The assessment of the sustainability of higher education institutions and the ESG maturity of their management systems was carried out using international and national rating systems that determine the level of compliance of university performance indicators with the achievement of sustainable development goals. For assessing the conditions and characteristics of the university's business processes, identifying ESG risks and developing recommendations for management system ESG transformation the authors used the process approach along with general scientific methods of research and visualization of information, SWOT analysis technologies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the diagnostics of ESG maturity factors of the management system of an educational institution of higher education and identification of ESG risks have performed. Taking into account the features of management systems in the field of higher education, recommendations for ESG transformation of management processes have proposed based on a typical process model of university management.</p><p>Conclusions and Relevance: ESG transformation of the management system in higher education today is not just following the ambitious goals of politicians or popular scientific trends, but one of the key factors of the university's competitiveness.
