В статье проанализировано обострение ситуации на рынках труда вообще и в моногородах в частности, рассмотрены особенности концептуального подхода к регулированию рынка труда монопрофильных территорий, обусловленные господством монопсонии, и возможные меры, реализующие эти подходы. Использованы методы компаративистики, сравнительного и статистического анализа, прогнозирования экономических и институциональных преобразований применительно к рассматриваемой предметной области.
