Целью представленной работы является обоснование роли добывающей промышленности в качестве локомотива современного устойчивого развития России. Это объясняется не только ростом спроса на сырьевые материалы, но и преобразованием технологической базы отрасли на современной основе, прежде всего, с использованием информационных продуктов. Утверждается, что страна имеет потенциал для успехов в области информационных технологий. Иными словами, российская экономика располагает сегодня потенциальной базой для развития, в том числе в ситуации санкций, при условии эффективной экономической политики.
The main point of presented publication is to illuminate the role of modern mining industry as an engine of the economy. Such changes are explained not only by the growing demand on raw materials but reconstruction the technology of the branch on the modernized basis, primarily information products. It is argued that the country dispose the prerequisite for the success in IT-technology. So to say the economy of Russia has the potential for development regardless sanctions under the effective economic policy.
