Высокотехнологичный проект национального масштаба способен вывести экономику страны на более высокий инновационный уровень. Его реализация связана с активизацией значительного числа отраслей, требует широкого спектра прорывных решений в смежных производствах. В ходе реализации проекта не только генерируются инновационные импульсы, но и включается механизм востребованности технологических решений, поскольку они непосредственно связаны с основным проектом. Подчеркивается необходимость участия государства и государственного бюджетного финансирования особенно на начальной стадии реализации проекта.
High-tech project of the all-national scale is able to raise the economy to a higher innovative level. The realization of such project suppose more activity in large number of industrial branches, demands bold decisions in neighboring fields. Such type of project not only gives innovative impulses, but switches on the mechanism of the demand on high-tech decisions since they are directly connected with the core project. The author stresses the crucial role of the state participation and state budget funding especially on the start stage.
